Guest System Aimed at Hospitality Sector
Amateo, the Dublin-based hospitality software company, will profile its Guest Relationship Optimisation system at World Travel Market. The firm claims the system is the first to be designed specifically for the hospitality industry, and has signed a £3 million deal with Choice Hotels Europe to install the system across its four major brands in the UK and Ireland.
Amateo will present an overview of how software technology can help hotel chains overcome the downturn that has followed the terrorist attacks in the US.
Chief executive officer Matthew Maxwell said:
"The current climate means that the big hotel chains are going to have to change their approach to guest relations and marketing if they are to stay ahead of the game. The hotel chains taking advantage of this technology today will continue to grow in the changing economic climate."
