Hoteliers Looking to improve
Dublin based software firm Amateo urged hotel managers in the south to streamline their business by introducing computer systems to aid operations. It said the hotel industry must adapt to avoid severe hardship in the aftermath of the foot and mouth outbreak and the American terror attacks. Roger Marlowe, chairman of Brighton and Hove Hotels Association said: believe a warm welcome and a clean place to stay will make customers want to come back. We are constantly looking at new ways to improve our personal service to guests.
